Educational Qualification:

  1. He/She has practised as an Advocate for not less than 7 years continuous standing at bar, as on the first day of January 2022.

  2. Graduation Degree in Law from a university authorized by law in Uttarakhand or by the other University of India acknowledged for this purpose by the Governor.

  3. A precise knowledge of Hindi in Devnagri script and English Language.

  4. Basic understanding of computer operation.
