Directorate of Coordination Police Wireless invites applications for the following posts via Deputation/ Absorption:

Post Name: Despatch Rider (Ordinary Grade)

Essential Qualification: 

• From amongst the regular Group C officials in level 1 in the pay matrix 18000-56000, working in the Directorate Coordination of Police Wireless and who possess a valid driving license for driving motor cycle on the basis of a driving test to asses the competence to drive motor cycle failing which (It is not applicable as decision of competent authority)

• From official holding the post of Despatch Rider on regular basis or regular group C employees in level 1 in the pay matrix 18000-56900 in other Ministries of the Central Government who fulfill the necessary qualifications.

• 10th Standard pass

• possession of a valid driving license to drive motor cycle

• knowledge of motor mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicle)

• experience of driving motor cycle for three years; and

Desirable: Three years service as Home Guard or Civil Volunteer.
