Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Limited invites applications for the following posts via Deputation:-

Post Name: Director (Systems and Operations and Maintenance)

Essential Qualification: 

• The applicants should have a Degree in Electrical/ Electronics and Communications Engineering from a recognized institution along with good academic record and a proven track record of minimum twentyfive (25) years of Group A/Executive Service in Railway sector.

• The applicants should have extensive experience in planning, designing and execution of major electrical / signal & telecom works in rail-based transportation projects, supply, testing and commissioning of rolling stock with on board signalling & telecom systems in rail- based transportation projects preferably in urban situations such as Metro / MRTS.

• The applicants should have extensive experience in preparing tendering / contract management and project management of important electrical structures and / or signalling and telecom systems from domestic and international vendors as a team leader.

• The applicants should have experience and knowledge of coordinating and interfacing with railway related disciplines such as track, signalling and electrification, rolling stock etc.

• The applicants should have experience and knowledge of complying with project related requirements of international funding institutions. • The applicants will be responsible to independently carry out business of Operation and Safety and related functions of Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (MMRCL).

• The applicant will be responsible for the maintenance of Metro Systems and Civil Works including Viaduct, Buildings and Interiors of Stations, Depot and RSS, MEP, E and M including Lifts and Escalators, BMS and Fire Safety Equipments, Rolling Stock including Driving Simulator, Signalling & Train Control, Telecommunications Systems, Power Supply, Traction and SCADA, Track Works (Ballast less), Automatic fare collection, Depot Equipments and Ticket Vending Machines etc

• Maintenance of all assets of Metro Railway Systems including Rolling Stock, Depot and RSS, Signalling and Telecommunication, Power Supply, Power Distribution, Traction & SCADA, E and M equipments, P-way, Via duct, Buildings, etc

• All Commercial matters including Sale of Tickets, Customer Care, Complaint /feedback Management System

• Planning of recruitment and training of manpower in operations

• Stable financial health and viability of the Company

• Maintaining quality of Metro Services including Punctuality, Safety, Energy efficiency of Operations.

• Benchmarking of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

• Security of the systems.

• Public Relation for the Revenue operating sections

• Any other activity required for maintenance of Metro Railway Network

Desirable: The applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience of O and M in Metro or Urban railway in the capacity of Chief Engineer Level II or above

Post Name: Director (Finance)

Essential Qualification: 

• The incumbent should be a graduate with first class in any discipline and a proven track record of minimum twenty-five (25) years post degree experience in an organized group A Service of Central /State Government viz. IA and AS, IRAS, IDAS etc. OR

• A Gazetted /executive officer with 25 years post degree experience having qualification of CA/ICWA. Additional qualification of MBA (Finance) shall be preferred

Desirable: 

• The applicant should be working in the SA grade in Pay Band 4 of revised CDA grade of 37,400-67,000 or equivalent IDA grade 1,20,000 – 2,80,000/-, or scales higher, for a minimum period of five (5) years in Government / PSUs or equivalent in IDA pay scale.

• The applicants should have minimum 05 years experience as Chief Financial Officer/ Financial Advisor heading Finance and Accounts Department.

• The applicants should be conversant in interacting and dealing with Local Authorities as well as related authorities in Central and State Government.

• The applicants should have experience in design, development and implementation of financial and accounting policies, procedures and systems, financial appraisals of large infrastructure project to banks and financial institutions, experience on working projects funded by banks/ bilateral/ multilateral funding agencies like WB/ ADB/ JICA etc.

• The applicants should have experience in resources mobilization, project financing, Budget, financial control, cash flow projects evaluation, taxation, fund management, finalization of accounts, Internal audits, preparation of budget, Direct and indirect Taxes, Financial vetting of proposals, coordination with statutory/Govt. Auditors and monitoring of receivables in projects of repute.

• The applicants should have experience of dealing with international funding agencies, international contract management including global tenders

Post Name: Director (Planning and Real-estate Developers/ NFBR)

Essential Qualification: 

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from an institution of repute along with a proven track record of twenty-five (25) years of Group A Executive Service in urban infrastructure systems.

• The candidates should be working in the SA grade in Pay Band 4 of revised CDA grade of 37,400-67,000 + GP 10,000 or equivalent IDA grade i.e 1,20,000– 2,80,000/- for a minimum period of five (05) years.

• At least ten years experience in Project Planning, Execution in financing of Urban infrastructure project.

• Candidates from Central Govt. / All India Services should be holding a post of the level of Joint Secretary in Govt. of India or carrying equivalent scale of pay.

• Candidates from State Public Sector Enterprises/ Private Sector should be working at Board level position or at least a post of the level immediately below the Board level.

• Candidates from the Armed forces of the Union should be holding a post of the level of Major General in the Army or equivalent rank in Navy/ Air Force.

Desirable: 

• Masters in Transport Planning or Urban Planning

• Preferable experience in Urban Transport / Railway/Metro infrastructure Project and Railway background.

• Experience in Multi model integration, Town Planning, Development regulations.

• Experience in Redevelopment of Non-fare box revenue and Real Estate/ Property development.

• Experience in underground constructions.
