North Eastern Council Secretariat invites applications for the following posts via Deputation:

Post Name: Adviser (Transport and Communication)

Essential Qualification: Officers under the Central Government or state Governments or Union Territories or Recognised Research Institutes or Universities or public Sector Undertakings or semi Government or Autonomous or statutory organizations.

(a) (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent Cadre/Department .

(ii) With 2 years Service in the grade rendered after appointment there to on a regular basis in posts in the Scale of pay of 164000-20000 /(5th CPC)/PB-4 37400-67000 GP 8900 (6-CPC) corresponding to level 13A of pay Matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent in the Parent Cadre/Department.

(iii) with 3(three) years service in the Grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the scale of pay of 14300 - 18300 (5th CPC) PB-4 37400 -67000 + GP 8700 (6th CPC) corresponding to Level-13 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department;

(b) Possessing the following educational qualification and experience.

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.

• 15 years experience in Formulation execution and Construction of Civil works including Construction of hill roads.
