(i) Regular Masters in any Science, Applied Science, Journalism, Management, Engineering, Agriculture, Technology, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Education, Social Work from a reputed academic institution with First Class Graduation in any discipline with 3 years of experience in managing programmes at the State/District level in Government organisation or Autonomous institutions. or
(ii) First class graduation in any discipline with 5 years of experience in managing programmes at the State/District level in Government organisations or Autonomous institutions.
