Essential Qualification:

1. Intermediate /12th Class from Central/State Board of Education.

2. Good proficiency in spoken and written English.

3. Basic Computer literacy skills in MS Office including Internet application.

4. Officers under the State Governments of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh holding the analogous post on regular basic.

Essential Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in dealing with Dairy and Dispatch, Postage stamp account, Establishment matters such as Pay fixation, Sanction of increments, leave, advances, LTC, TTA, TA, GPF, Medical reimbursement preparation of Budget, pay bills, Income Tax form-16 maintenance of registers like Service books, Cashbook. Cheque book, Stationery, T&P, vehicle, Increment , Attendance, Incumbency, LTC, Imprest, Tour Advance, Vigilance Cases, Court cases. computer skills, etc.
