Post Name: Research Associate
Essential Qualification: Doctoral Degree awarded in Life Science from a recognized University or equivalent.
Desirable:
1. Experience in human population genomics, Bioinformatics skills to analyze whole genome sequencing data of human, experience in preparing ancient DNA libraries.
2. Experience in a NGS wet lab with various library preparation techniques including whole genomes, Targeted genomic enrichment experience.
3. Experience in field excavations and sample collection
Post Name: Project Assistant
Essential Qualification: Masters Degree (M.Sc) in Forensics/ Anthropolyg/ Biological Anthropology and Bachelors degree in Science or Technology with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University or equivalent.
Desirable: CSIR/UGC NET/GATE qualified candidate may be given preference-
1. Experience in analysis of high throughput genomic data.
2. Experience in biological anthropological data collection.
3. Experience with analysis of population level genomic data, ancient DNA isolation, NGS library preparation and knowledge will be considered favourably.
