2. With 2 years regular service in the Level 7 of the 7th CPC pay Matrix.

Post Name: Accountant

Essential Qualification: Officers of Central/State Government/Union Territories/Autonomous or statutory organization/Public Sector Undertaking/University/Recognized Research Institution/Courts Tribunals.

1. holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department.

2. with 2 years regular service in the Level-7 of the 7th CPC pay matrix.

3. with six years regular services in the Level-6 of the 7th CPC pay matrix.

4. Passed in Subordinate Audit/Account Services (SAS) or equivalent examination Conducted by any of the Organized Accounts Department of the Central Government.

5. Successful completion of training in Cash and Accounts work in ISTM or equivalent and Experience in Cash, Accounts and Budget work.

Post Name: Personal Assistant/Stenographer Grade C

Essential Qualification: Officers of Central/State Government/Union Territories/Autonomous or statutory organization/Public sector undertakings/University/Recognized Research Institution/Courts/Tribunals.

1. holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department.

2. With 10 years regular service in the level 4 of the CPC pay matrix.
