Post Name: Company Secretary
Essential Qualification: Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with at least 10 years of post qualification experience, of working as a Company Secretary in a reputed organization. The Candidate possessing proficiency in Accounting and Tally will have distinct advantage.Desirable:
(i) Degree in Law shall be preferred.
(ii) CA (Inter)/ICWAI(Inter)/ M.Com or Equivalent shall be preferred.
(iii) Knowledge of Taxation /working of Public Sector Units.
(iv) Experience in Administrative matters desirable.
