  1. Must be a serving or Ex-Military Officer from Army, Navy or Air Force having held the rank of Major / Lieutenant Commander / Squadron Leader respectively and above.

  2. Serving or Retired Police Officer of the rant of Additional Superintendent of Police and above or equivalent rank in BSF / CISF / ITBP / Fire Department / Jail Department.
