Essential Qualification:

• The retired officer should not be more than 63 years of age on the date of declaration of vacancy through this notification.

• The retired officer should have relevant work experience of not less than 3 years in handling the particular job for which she/ he is applying.

• The retired officer should be having requisite expertise and must be meeting specific professional experience, if any, as specified by BRBNMPL against point 7B below.

• The retired officer should be in reasonably good health to discharge her/his duties effectively.

• The retired officer should be willing to work at the place of posting for the entire duration of the contract.

• The retired officer should not have any disciplinary proceedings pending against her / him in BRBNMPL / SPMCIL or in a court of law as on the date of applying.

• The retired officer must either not be in another job in any capacity as on the date of applying or should furnish an employers certificate to the effect that, if selected, she / he would be released to take up contractual employment with BRBNMPL within one calendar month of the date of the offer.
