Central Council for Research in Unani Medicine invites applications for the following post via Deputation
Post Name: Director General
Essential Qualification:
1. Officers of the Central/State Government/ Government Autonomous Bodies/Research Institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi Govt Statutory or Autonomous Organizations funded by the Government in analogous Pay Level- 4. OR
2. Minimum three years regular service in Pay Level-13 of 123100-215900 or equivalent/ corresponding pay Level as applicable to the post. OR
3. Eight years regular service in Pay-Level-12 of 78800-209200 or equivalent/ corresponding Pay Level as applicable to the post.
4. PG Degree in Unani System of Medicine [MD(U)/MS(U)] included in the 2nd Schedule of Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 and enrolment in the Central/State Register of Indian Medicine.
5. 20 years Teaching/ Research experience in the Unani Medicine in a Recognized Institute/University.
6. At least five years experience in administrative/managerial capacity.
7. Quality research work published in peer reviewed research journal, with atleast five research papers as First Author or Corresponding Author, out of which two research paper should have been published in indexed reputed Journals, with impact factor.
Desirable:
1. Administrative experience in Central/State Government! Government Autonomous Bodies/Research Institutions/ Public Sector Undertakings/Semi Govt Statutory or Autonomous Organizations funded by the Government.
2. Ph.D qualifications in Unani System of Medicine. OR
3. Ph.D in Public health/Integrated Clinical Research/Clinical Research from a recognized University.
