Essential Qualification :
(1) Staff should possess valid Driving Licence for Heavy Motor vehicle/ Heavy Goods vehicle
(2) Must have knowledge to read Matric scale, English letters, Numerals, understand simple sketches and have knowledge of names and different functions of various parts of the vehicle to which he is assigned
(3) Must be able to drive the Motor Vehicle to which he is assigned
(4) Must be familiar with road signs, safety rules and road regulations
