Post Name: Senior Manager (Secretarial)

Essential Qualification:

• Associate Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India

• The candidate should have minimum 13 years of post-qualification work experience in handling secretarial functions and activities in a listed company or a company with a turnover of at least thousand crore in the financial year 2022-23.

• Candidates applying from Government/ Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower pay scale i.e. should be working in one scale of pay below than the post applied for i.e. IDA pay scale of 80,000-2,20,000. This will not be applicable to candidates working in Government/ CPSE in the same pay scale or above than the post applied for.
