Essential Qualification:

• MSc from Chemistry/Physics/Materials Science/Nanoscience or BTech from Materials science/Nanotechnology or related topics with a minimum of 60% aggregate score (6.5 grade points on a scale of 10) or For SC/ST category, the candidate must have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate score (6.0 grade points on a scale of 10).

• Graduate in Electrical Engineering/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation with at least 1 years of industry/research experience or M.Tech/ME/MS in Electrical Engineering/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation or related areas.

• GATE qualification

• CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship)

• National-level examination conducted by Central Govt. Departments and their agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc

Essential Work Experience: 2 years of professional experience

Desirable: This is a leadership position involving effective overall management of the project through its completion. Lead the projects administrative aspects and coordinate team members activities to achieve desired results. Ability to work independently with limited supervision and support efficient project implementation. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is also desired. Strong interpersonal communication and excellent oral presentation, preparation of reports, and project-related correspondence with all the stakeholders. Strong background in academic setups. Coordination with internal stakeholders of the institute Preference will be given to the candidates working experience relevant to the project. Candidates with expertise in the following are strongly encouraged to apply Expertise in EV battery, Electrochemistry of the battery, metal-ion battery, charging/discharging based characterization techniques and analysis Candidates with expertise in the following areas are also strongly encouraged to apply:

• Expertise in Python and C++ and/or MATLAB

• Experience in digital control, digital communication, specifically in battery management system

• Experience in Data Analytics

• Leadership and management quality (experience in organizing workshop, seminars)

• Expertise in technical writing and research publication.
