(i) B.E. / B. Tech and M. E. / M. Tech. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 1st division or equivalent either at B. E./B. Tech. or at M.E./M. Tech. level.
OR
(ii) Ph.D from Institution of National importance with GATE/GPAT/CEED directly after the Bachelor degree
