National Institute of Technology Goa invites online application from eligible candidates for admission in Ph.D programme. The important details of the admission process are listed below -

Course name : Ph.D Programme

Educational Qualification :

(1) A candidate who has qualified the Degree of Master of Technology or Master of Science [M.Tech/M.E./M.S/M.Sc.] or Master of Arts from a recognized Institute or University in the discipline as prescribed in the rules and regulations is eligible to apply for Ph.D. programme of National Institute of Technology Goa.

(2) Exceptional candidates (with CGPA >= 9.0) with B.Tech./B.E from a reputed Institute are also eligible to apply for the Ph.D. programme.
(3) A GATE qualification obtained at some point in time in the respective disciplines or fellowships such as JRF/UGC/NET/CSIR/DST-INSPIRE etc. in the respective disciplines or qualification in any other national level tests as specified by the GoI order.
