Post Name: Legal Consultant
Essential Qualification: Bachelors Degree of Law/ Masters Degree of Law or equivalent from a reputed and recognised University or Institution. Preference will be given to Masters Degree.
Essential Work Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant post qualification work experience inter-alia including:
Examining matters related to FDI Policy/ FEMA/ FEM (NDI) Rules
Examining FDI proposals requiring Government Approval
Policy issues related to e-Commerce, Royalty Payments, etc.
Regulatory/ Legal reforms in FDI Policy
Research or related Fields.
Handling Court cases pertaining to FDI related matters.
