(A) Officers of All india Services or Central Civil Services (Group A) holding analogous.
(B) Officers holding analogous posts in Defence Research and Development Service, IOFS, DGQA and Defence Forces.
Service Officers:
(A) Service Officers holding substantive post of Brigadier/Air Commodore/Commodore from Army, Air Force and Navy respectively.
