Post Name: Chairman

Essential Qualification: Officers under the Central Government or State Government or public sector undertakings or recognized Research Institutions or Autonomous Bodies or statutory organisation.

  1. holding an analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department.

  2. holding the post in the grade in level-14 (1,44,200-2,18,200/) in the pay matrix or equivalent with three years regular service.

  3. Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience.

  4. Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.

  5. Eighteen years experience in the field of Investigation or Planning or Design or Execution or Operation and Maintenance of Water Resources Development Projects or Environment or Administration or Management.

  6. Eighteen years experience in the preparation of Master Plans or Comprehensive Plans for Flood Management or River Training Works or General Administration.

  7. holding an analogous post in the Central Government or State Government on regular basis.

  8. with three years regular service in level-14 (1,44,200-2,18,200/) in the pay matrix equivalent in Central Government or State Government.

  9. Eighteen years experience in the field of Investigation or Planning or Design or Execution or Operation and Maintenance of Water Resources Development Projects or Environment or Administration or Management.
