Directorate General of Civil Aviation invites applications for the following post via Deputation

Post Name: Assistant Director (Aircraft Engineering)

Essential Qualification: Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Universities or Recognized Research Institutions or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organisations;-

1. Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre of Department; or

2. With five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in level-10 in pay matrix in the parent cadre of Department; and

3. Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Electricals or Electronics or Mechanical/ Metallurgical Engineering from a recognised university;

4. Five years experience in aeronautical research and development or design or laboratory investigation of failed aircraft parts of Flight recorders involved in accident or incident or Airworthiness Engineering.
