Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Assistant Professor

Essential Qualification:

1. Full time First Class BE/B Tech and ME/M Tech in relevant discipline from a recognized University.

2. Full time Master’s Degree with good academic record with First Class or an equivalent CGPA in the relevant discipline from Indian Universities

3. Besides fulfilling the qualification, candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC.

4. Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D Degree in accordance with the UGC Regulations shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility conditions of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointments of Assistant Professors or equivalent positions in Universities/Colleges/ Institutions.

Essential Work Experience:

1. At least 2 years post qualification experience in the relevant discipline.

2. Full time First Class BE/B Tech and ME/M Tech in relevant discipline from a recognized University, and: Ph.D in the relevant discipline.

3. At least 2 years post qualification experience in the relevant discipline.

Post Name: Assistant Placement

Essential Qualification:

1. Full time graduate in any discipline with two years’ experience in the relevant area.

2. M.B.A (HRM/PM) with one year experience in the relevant area.

Post Name: Lecturer

Essential Qualification:

1. Full time Bachelors degree with First Class or equivalent in Engineering/Technology in the relevant discipline.

2. If the candidate has a full time Masters degree in Engineering/Technology, First Class or equivalent is required at full time Bachelors or Masters level.

Essential Work Experience:

1. At least 1 year teaching experience in Polytechnic/Engg. College. Preference shall be given to M.E./M.Tech. holder with First Class.

2. Full time Bachelors degree with First Class or equivalent in Engineering/Technology in the relevant discipline.

3. If the candidate has a full time Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology, First Class or equivalent is required at full time Bachelors or Masters level.

4. Ph.D in the relevant discipline
