Essential Qualification:
Candidate must be B.E/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute.
Candidate should have experience in the field of Maintenance of Civil Structures like Viaduct/ Tunnel/ Metro Stations/ Depots/ Ballasted and Ballast less Tracks. Preference will be given to Railway/ Metro Rail Corporation Officials having experience of Maintenance of Civil Structure or Track.
Essential Work Experience:
Experience for Sr. DGM (Civil/Track)
Applicants should have minimum 15 years of post qualification executive level experience OR 13 years Post Qualification experience of executive level in Government/ PSUs.
Candidate should have atleast 2 years experience in IDA pay scale of 70000-200000 or higher pay scales or equivalent CDA pay scale.
Candidate having experience in private sector should be working with reputed private organizations drawing salary (CTC) of minimum 1,20,000/- per month (approximately).
Experience for DGM (Civil/Track)
Applicants should have minimum 10 years post-qualification experience of executive level in reputed private organization of Civil Engineering OR 8 years Post Qualification experience of executive in Government / PSUs.
Should have atleast 2 years experience in IDA pay scale of 60000-180000 or higher pay scales or equivalent CDA pay scale.
Candidate having experience in private sector should be working with reputed private organizations drawing salary (CTC) of minimum 1,00,000 per month (approximately) for DGM level.
