Post Name: Deputy Project Lead (Operations)
Essential Qualification:
Ph.D. degree with 1st class (in Public Health/ Public Policy/ Food Process Engineering/ Food Science & Technology/ Food Nutrition/Agricultural Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Rural Development/Management) with a minimum 15 years teaching/ research/ Industrial experience after Ph.D. & outstanding publication/ outstanding industrial/field experience.
A Post Graduate degree with 1st class (in Public Health/ Public Policy/ Food Process Engineering/ Food Science & Technology/ Food Nutrition/ Agricultural Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Rural Development/ Management) having a minimum of 18 years of teaching/research/ industrial experience.
Experience of managing state and/or national level projects with government and institution engagement. Knowledge and experience of food/ nutrition. Proven record of developing and maintaining strong and effective partnerships. Management skills ability to create synergies, interpersonal skills to fulfill the diverse technical and managerial requirements of the project. Professional experience working with international donor organizations, development partners, and government organizations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desirable Experience of management consulting. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time annually.
Post Name: Program Specialist (Fortification)
Essential Qualification:
Ph.D. degree with 1st class (in Public Health/Public Policy/ Food Process Engineering/ Food Science & Technology/ Food Nutrition/ Agricultural Engineering/Chemical Engineering) with a minimum 5 years teaching/ research/ Industrial experience post Ph.D. & outstanding publication/ outstanding field/ industrial experience. OR An outstanding Scientist/ Engineer/ Technologist with 1st class MBA with B Tech degree (in Food Process Engineering/Food Science & Technology/ Food Nutrition/ Chemical Engineering) having a minimum of 8 years of teaching/research/ industrial/field experience.
M.Tech degree (in Food Process Engineering/ Food Science & Technology/ Food Nutrition/ Agricultural Engineering/ Chemical Engineering) having a minimum of 8 years of teaching/research/ industrial/ field experience.
