Essential Qualification :
(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;
(ii) Lower Division Clerk in the Pay Matrix Level-2, 19,900-63,200/- (as per 7th CPC), [Pay Band 1, 5200-20,200/- with grade pay of 1900/- as per 6th CPC] with eight years regular service in the grade.
