Post Name: Director (Human Resource)

Essential Qualification: The applicant should be a graduate with good academic record from a recognized University/Institution. Applicants with Masters in Business Administration (MBA)/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Program in Management (PGDM/PGPM) or Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/ HR Management from a recognized University/ Institute will have an added advantage.

Essential Work Experience: The applicant should have at least 5 years of cumulative experience during the last 10 years in various aspects of HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations in an industrial organisation of repute.

Experience in Defence Production Industry is desirable.
