Essential Qualification: PhD in Communication/Mass Communication/Media Studies/ Journalism, with thesis work in one of the areas mentioned in the table below:

  • Communication & social change

  • Community media

  • Digital cultures

  • Media historiography

  • Print cultures

  • Film studies

  • Journalism studies

Desirable: Three published papers in refereed and relevant international journals (SCOPUS/WOS indexed) with at least one as first author in a journal with an impact factor not less than 2 is desirable.

Recruitment Details

University of Hyderabad invites application for various posts. Total 6 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification.
