Essential Qualification: First class B.Tech. Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics and Communication Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / MCA / MSc. Computer Science.

Essential Work Experience:

• Minimum working experience of 5 years, out of which minimum 2 years working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux based environments.

• Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks.

• Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box).

• Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)

• Solid experience with tape library backup

Desirable:MCSE/Redhat Certification will be an added advantage

Post Name: Senior Software Support Engineer

Essential Work Experience:

• Minimum five years of proven experience as software tester/support engineer with at least three major projects.

• Excellent knowledge of UML and other modelling methods.

• Is familiar with HTML/CSS, Java Script and UI/UX design

• Has understanding of software quality assurance principles.

• Should be a technical mindset person with great attention to detail.

• High quality organizational with excellent leadership skills.

• Possess an outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
