Essential Qualification:
Officer of Central/State Governments, Union territories, Autonomous bodies (Statutory organisations/recognised research institutions)
(i) Holding analogues post on a regular basis or
(ii) 3 years regular service in the V Pay Commission scale or Rs 8000-275-13500; (Level 10 of VII Pay Commission Pay Matrix); or
(iii) 8 years regular service in the V Pay Commission scale old pay scle of Rs. 6500-200-10500; (Level-7 of VII Pay Commission Pay Matrix) or and:
Having good Knowledge of accounts and administration.
