Course name: Doctor of Philosophy

Essential Qualification: Candidates with at least 55% marks/equivalent grade for General and 50% marks/equivalent grade for SC, ST and OBC (Central List)/DA candidates in Master Degree in relevant/allied disciplines are eligible to apply for Ph.D programme.

Admission Details

Sikkim University invites applications from eligible candidates for admission in various programmes. The method of admission will be Course Admission. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections and PWBD Quota. The examination will be conducted through Online and Offline mode at Regional level. The selection process will include an Interview process. After completion of all procedures, successful candidates will be granted admission to Gangtok, Sikkim, India, 737101.
