Essential Qualification : Masters degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Application / Geo-informatics or Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science / Information Technology / Geo informatics from a recognized University.
Desirable : Knowledge of IPR / Patent Law / Patent Information search and analysis / Commercialization of technologies / licensing and Agreements, excellent written communication in English language, proficiency in use of commonly used software for word processing, spreadsheets and presentations or more than 2 years’ experience in Web/Mobile application development with good programming skills, knowledge of web- application development, HTML5, Java Script, CSS, DBMS, SQL, dot net framework, CMS system or knowledge of ArcGIS, excellent written communication in English language, aptitude for research publication, datamining and analytical skills.
