Institute of Secretariat Training and Management invites applications for the following post via Deputation:

Deputy Director (Peripatetic Training)

Essential Qualification:

a) Officers under the Central Government - 

(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or

ii) with 5 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular oasis in pay band-3 + Grade pay, Revised pay Level-10 of the Pay Matrix or equivalent In the parent cadre or Department; or 

iii) with six year service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the pay band-2 plus grade pay of Revised pay band-2. Level-8 in the parent cadre or Department and;

b) Possessing the following educational qualifications andexperience. - 

Essential: 

(1) Bachelors degree from a recognised university, and 

(2) Five years experience of technique and methods in the area of Secretariat Procedures, practice and precedents, Establishment, Administrative and Financial Rules and Regulations of the Government.
