Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name : Individual Engineering Consultant

Essential Qualification : Graduate Degree in Engineering/Masters degree in Science/Economics/Operation Research or equivalent from a recognized university or institution

Essential Work Experience :

(i) Experience of techno-economic project appraisal/evaluation/choice of project involving large investments in the field of oil and gas pipelines, storage capacities, marketing infrastructure/ city gas distribution etc.; or

(ii) Experience in development/ formulation of regulations or familiarity with latest technological developments in the oil and gas sector; or

(iii) Experience in drafting of technical standards/safety codes pertaining to oil and gas pipelines and installations; or

(iv) Experience in operation and maintenance of oil and gas pipelines; or

(v) Experience in setting up of city gas distribution network, its operation and maintenance.

Desirable: Previous exposure to Competition Law
