  1. Masters in Microelectronics / relevant engineering field from premier institute.

  2. Minimum 5-years of relevant industrial / academic experience.

  3. Candidates with Ph.D. degree, work experience will not be required.

  4. Ability to work in teams and independently take responsibility of delivering results.

  5. Exposure of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  6. Strong coordination, communication, research and analytical skills.

  7. Expertise with Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and Power-Point.

Desirable: Ph.D. in Microelectronics / relevant engineering field (for candidates with Ph.D. qualification, work experience requirements will be relaxed).
