Essential Qualification:

1. Passed the Middle School Examination with Odia as a language subject; or

2. Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as the medium of examination in non-language subjects; or

3. Passed odia as language subject in the final examination of Class-VII or above from a School or Educational Institution recognised by the Government of Odisha or Central Government; or

4. Passed a test in Odia in M.E School Standard conducted by the School & Mass Education Department.

Recruitment Details

Odisha Sub ordinate Staff Selection Commission invites application for various posts. Total 7483 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number IIE-01/2023-459(C)/OSSSC. The minimum age limit is 21 and the maximum age limit ranges to 40, depending on the specific post. Please look at the Official Notification for the age limits mentioned for each post. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes, Women, Ex-Servicemen and Person With Benchmark Disability will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Unreserved, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen, Person with Benchmark Disability and Women . The examination will be conducted through Offline mode at Regional level. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at Odisha, India, 751016.

Written exam date has been released 16/02/2023 for the post of Nursing Officer by Odisha Sub ordinate Staff Selection Commission. Written test will be held on 19/03/2023. The Admission Letters will be available in the website of the Commission www.osssc.gov.in before 15 days of the date of examination, which may be downloaded by the candidates by using their User ID and Password to appear the examination. No hard-copy of Admission Letter will be sent to any candidate by post. Candidates may visit the website of the Commission regularly for updates.
