Essential Qualification: 

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

• With Two-year service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of Pay Level-07 (Rs. 44900-142400) or equivalent in the present cadre/Department; and

• possessing the educational qualifications and experience as below:

• Bachelor degree from recognized University or Institute.

• 5 years experience in Administrative matters in the Central Government/ State Government /Union Territory

Desirable: Minimum One-year experience in land management/-Asset Monetization.
