Intelligence Bureau invites applications for the following posts via Deputation/ Absorption:

Post Name: Accounts Officer

Essential Qualification: 

Officers under the Central Government: -

(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department; or

(ii) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the post in the Grade pay of 4200/- or equivalent (Lvl 6 as per 7th CPC) in the parent cadre/department; and

(b) Possessing any one of the following qualifications: -

(i) A pass in Subordinate Accounts Service or Section Officers Grade or Junior Accounts Officer Grade examination conducted by the Central Government. OR

(ii) Training in Cash and Accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management and experience in cash, accounts and budget work.

Post Name: Accountant

Essential Qualification: 

Officers under the Central Government: -

(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department; or

(ii) with six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the post in the Grade pay of 2800/-(Lvl 5 as per 7th CPC) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department: or

(iii) with ten years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the post in the Grade pay of 2400/- (Lvl 4 as per 7th CPC)or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and

(b) Possessing any one of the following qualifications: -

(i) A pass in Subordinate Accounts Service or equivalent examination conducted by the organized Accounts department of the Central Government.

(ii) Training in Cash and Accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management and three years experience in cash, accounts and budget work.
