Department of Governance Reforms and Public Grievances Punjab invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: District IT Manager

Essential Qualification: 

  • BE/B Tech (Preferably Computer Science/IT/Electronics and Communication) or MCA with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

  • Knowledge of English and Punjabi AND candidate must have qualified in Punjabi language upto matric standard or its equivalent from any recognized institute/Board or should have passed the Punjabi Language proficiency test held by Department of Languages, Government of Punjab.

Essential Work Experience: Minimum of (2) two years of work experience preferably in IT/e-Governance related field.

Post Name: Assistant District IT Manager

Essential Qualification: 

  • BE/B Tech (Preferably Computer Science/IT/Electronics and Assistant Communication) or

  • MCA with at-least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

  • Knowledge of English and Punjabi AND candidate must have qualified in Punjabi language upto matric standard or its equivalent from any recognized institute/Board or should have passed the Punjabi Language proficiency test held by Department of Languages, Government Governance of Punjab.

Essential Work Experience: Minimum of (1) year of experience preferably in IT/e-Governance related field.

Recruitment Details

Department of Governance Reforms and Public Grievances Punjab invites application for various posts. Total 21 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number PSeGS-ELEC/1/2019-PSeGS/e-63458. The minimum age limit is 18 and maximum age limit is 35 as on date. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes, Person With Benchmark Disability and Ex-Serviceman will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Unreserved, Scheduled Castes, Ex-servicemen, Other Backward Classes and Sports Quota . The selection process will include an Interview process. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at Mohali, Punjab, India, 160071.
