National Institute of Urban Affairs invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment :

Post Name : Sector Specialist (Integrated Waste Management)

Essential Qualification :

(1) Advanced degree in environmental engineering, ecological engineering or related fields from a recognized university or institute;

(2) Familiarity with the waste management sector issues and key stakeholders;

(3) Understanding of World Bank E&S Standards (WB ESS) and applicable EHS Guidelines as well as National laws and regulations;

(4) Ability to synthesize and analyse diverse data-sets and preparing high quality, professional and timely sector specific reports;

(5) Self-driven with a high degree of responsiveness and proactivity;

(6) Excellent communication, client relationship, and interpersonal skills.

Essential Work Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in development, financing, construction or advisory services related to integrated waste management;
