Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:


Post Name : Sericulture Officer


Essential Qualification :

(1) Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture/ Zoology/Botany /Horticulture /Forestry/ Biotechnology/ Sericulture from Govt. recognized university or an institution duly recognized by the H.P./Central Govt.

(2) Post qualification three months training in the branch of Sericulture from a Government recognized Institution or Government registered private Institution/organization.
(3) First Class Bachelors Degree with the subject of Agriculture/Zoology /Botany/Horticulture/Forestry /Biotechnology/ Sericulture from a recognized university or an institution duly recognized by the H.P./Central Govt.

(4) Post qualification three months training in the branch of Sericulture from a Government recognized Institution or Government registered private Institution/organization.

(5) Post qualification one year work experience in Sericulture & Silk Industry in Government organization or Government registered private organization.

Recruitment Details

Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission invites application for various posts. Total 2 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number 35/05-2022. The minimum age limit is 18 and the maximum age limit ranges to 45, depending on the specific post. Please look at the Official Notification for the age limits mentioned for each post. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes, Person With Benchmark Disability, Ex-Servicemen and Government Servant/Departmental Candidate will be as per the government rules.
