Post Name: General Manager

Essential Qualification: B.E / B.Tech. / B. Sc. Engineering

Essential Work Experience: 25 years experience in executive level and present working experience of minimum 03 years not below the level of Additional General Manager (E-7 Level) in the Scale of Pay of 1,00,000-2,60,000 and above or equivalent in the area of Power Sector / Renewable Energy Sector, dealing with Project Appraisal, Planning, Evaluation and Monitoring in Central / State Public Sector Undertakings and Private Sector. Experience in ERP applications preferable. The CTC should not be below 55.72 Lakhs per year for candidates presently working in Private Sector.

Desirable: Post Graduate Qualification viz. M.Tech., MBA- Finance/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management or equivalent

Post Name: Additional General Manager

Essential Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)

Essential Work Experience:

1. 20 years experience in executive level and present working experience of minimum 03 years not below the level of Deputy General Manager (E-6 Level) in the Scale of Pay of 90,000-2,40,000 and above or equivalent, in the area of Finance & Accounts in Central / State Public Sector Undertakings and Private Sector. The CTC should not be below 46.01 Lakhs per year for candidates presently working in Private Sector.

2. Exposure in one or more of the following areas: Asset & Liability Management, Forex, Treasury Operations, Raising Resources in Capital market through IPO and Bonds. All Taxation matters, Appraisal of Projects with specific emphasis on Financial Analysis etc. Knowledge on Accounting Standards, International Financing Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and Indian GAAP and practical knowledge on finalization of accounts and to deal with all audit matters etc. would be desirable. Experience in ERP applications preferable.

Desirable: Company Secretary (CS) / Degree in Law from Recognized University/ Institution
