Post Name: Subject Matter Expert (Water and Sanitation)

Essential Qualification:

• Masters degree in Information Technology/ Urban Planning/ Economics/ Public Policy/ Public Administration/ Business Administration/ Systems Engineering/ Sustainable Development/ International Trade, or a related field

• Global certifications in Organisation Development/ HR Management or related areas is preferred

Essential Work Experience:

• Experienced in Water and Sanitation sectors, with a focus on implementing training programmes and capacity building initiatives.

• Proficient in developing and delivering Water and Sanitation capacity building curricula and pedagogical frameworks.

• Ten years of direct experience in organisational capacity building, development, and training.

• Five years of experience in designing and delivering training for adult audiences across various settings.

• Demonstrated skills and experience in organisational assessment, especially in international contexts.

• Experience in leading upskilling and future skills analysis in at least two industries over the past five years.
