Essential Qualification: The minimum educational qualification for the post is Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution along with knowledge of Computer. The Praveshika, Sahitya Bhushan and Sahityalankar degree obtained from Hindi Vidyapith, Deoghar shall not be treated as valid qualification to be equivalent to Matric, Intermediate and Graduation respectively, subject to any order of the Court to the contrary.
