National Rainfed Area Authority invites applications for the following post via Deputation:

Post Name: Technical Expert

Essential Qualification: 

• Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territory Administrations or Universities or recognized research institutions or public sector undertakings or statutory or autonomous organisations:-

(i) Holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

(ii) With three years service rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in post in level 14 (144200- 218200) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or

(iii) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

(iv) With two years service rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in post in level 13A (131100-216600) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department or

(v) With three years service rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in post in level 13 (123100-215900) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and,

• Masters Degree in relevant department from a recognised University or Institute; and

• Post-Graduate Diploma holder in Forestry from Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy awarded to IFos probationers on successful completion of their training.

Essential Work Experience: Experience of at least eighteen years for level 15 (182200-224100) in the pay matrix and, fifteen years for level 14 (144200-218200) in the pay matrix in relevant department.

Desirable: 

• Doctorate Degree in relevant field.

• Evidence of research or published works on concerned topics.
