Essential Qualification:

  1. 12th pass in science subjects and two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or one year DMLT plus one year required experience in a recognized organization or two years field/laboratory experience

  2. B.Sc. degree shall be treated as 3 years experience

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Experience in Phlebotomy and biochemistry lab techniques with good exposure to ELISA and Flowcytometry

  2. Prior Experience in PBMC isolation and cell culture techniques

  3. Basic Computer Knowledge for data collection and management
