Essential Qualification: The applicant shall be Indian nationals with a proven academic and teaching track record in the field of Humanities and Social Sciences with high quality research work to his/her credit in the field of his/her specialisation. He/She should have adequate research experience having served as a full Professor in a reputed University for at least ten years. He/She is also expected to have some administrative experience at a senior level in a University or academic research Institute of repute.
