CSIR National Chemical Laboratory invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment :

Post Name : Project Associate-I

Essential Qualification : Masters Degree in Natural Sciences/MVSc or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognised University or equivalent

Desirable : M.Sc (Physics/Materials Science/Chemistry) with strong foundation in solid state physics/chemistry, and good programming skills (Python/FORTRAN/C++). Familiarity with Linux operating system (any flavours) is required. Working experience in the field of computational materials science and/or machine learning would be an advantage. Candidate with CSIR-JRF/NET or GATE will be given preference. Students from computer science background and interested in applying machine learning/NLP to materials are welcome.
