Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology invites online applications from eligible candidates for admission in JRF programme. The important details of the admission process are listed below -

Course name: JRF Programme

Educational Qualification:

  1. M. Sc in Life Science/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology

  2. M. Sc in Physics/Biophysics/ Chemistry (General Chemistry/ Polymer Chemistry/ Nano Chemistry/Physical Chemistry)

  3. M.Sc in Mathematics/ Applied Maths/ Maths & Computing/ Statistics; B.Tech/Masters in IT/Computer Science/ Computer Applications/EEE

  4. Candidates shall be eligible to apply for admission and registration within the ongoing program of research at IASST, if he/she has obtained 55% marks in aggregate (Equivalent CGPA in 10-point scale) in the master’s degree examination. A candidate belonging to SC/ST who has obtained 50% marks in aggregate in master degree examination shall also be eligible to apply.
