Central Institute of Fisheries Nautical and Engineering Training invites applications for the following post via Deputation

Post Name: Senior Instructor (Fishing Technology)

Essential Qualification:

Officer of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Universities or recognised Research Institutions or Public Sector undertaking or Semi Government or Autonomous Bodies or statutory Organisations:

1. Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or

2. With two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in pay band-2 of 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of 4800 or equivalent in the parent Cadre or Department; or

3. With three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in pay band-2 of 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of 4800 or equivalent in the parent Cadre or Department; or

4. With eight years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in pay band-2 of 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of 4800 or equivalent in the parent Cadre or Department; or

5. Masters degree in Zoology or Fishery Science or Industrial Fisheries from a recognised University; or

6. Post Graduate Diploma in Fishery Science or Industrial Fisheries from a recognised University; or

7. Three years experience in Marine Fisheries, Fishing Gear Design, Fabrication and material selection; or

8. Bachelor of Fishery Science (Nautical Science) from a recognised university.

9. Five years experience in Marine Fisheries, Fishing Gear Design, Fabrication and material selection.
