Essential Qualification:

• Officer of the Central Government or State Governments and teaching or research facility from recognised universities of India.

• holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or

• with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the pay band-3,15,600-39,100 plus grade pay 5400 [Level 10 (56100-177500)] or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department .
